Cancellation Policy

At ITM, we are committed to providing quality mental health coaching services. Our goal is to support clients on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. 1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for sessions that have not been completed. Once a session has been provided, a refund will not be issued. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Sessions canceled within the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund. 3.
